Pediatrics

The Pediatric Dermatology Program provides care to children of all age groups. We promote sun-awareness behavior in children of all ages and provide guidance for a lifetime of healthy skin, hair and nails.

Children cannot always say what is bothering them. They cannot always answer medical questions, and are not always able to be patient and helpful during a medical exam. Pediatric dermatologists know how to examine and treat children in a way that puts them at ease. Our dermatologists are board certified in pediatric dermatology and many have additional advanced training. They have extensive experience and a vast array of special clinical interests.

Because we are part of a university hospital, patients receive the benefits of the latest research and innovations in health care. If your pediatrician suggests that your child see a pediatric dermatologist, you can be assured that your child will receive the best possible medical care.
